Some of New York’s most prominent Republican women mocked and mocked President Nancy Pelosi’s proposal to remove gender language from official House rules.

The proposed changes to House Rules would “honor all gender identities” by eliminating such specific terms as mother and father, son and daughter, and aunt and uncle.
Instead, only gender-exclusive terms such as “father,” “son,” “brother,” and “brother of the parents” would be allowed in the text of House rules.
The outrage even made its way to the important runoff of the Georgian Senate, where he was a Republican. Kelly Loeffer warned it was reason enough to vote for her.

The new rules are expected to be voted on when the house meets again on Sunday.

A member of Capitol Hill told The Post that the idea of removing the genre from the new rules package probably originated in the House Diversity and Inclusion Office. The same rules also enshrined the office as a new permanent incorporation into the Capitol.
