“High School Musical” star Zac Efron is graduating from his Los Angeles home. The actor leaves his residence in Los Feliz, Variety reported. It is available for $ 5.9 million.
The California native bought the modern 21st century property in 2013 for $ 4 million and hopes to clear some cash from his investment.
Efron has spent the last few months living in South Australia filming the film “Gold”. You may extend your stay if you have one less home to worry about back in the United States.

Inside, the open floor features warm wood, glass walls and an interior-exterior flow, with roofs running the length of the property.
Included in its List A friendly meeting place status, the listing description notes that the “newly rebuilt” property offers “a perfect celebrity retreat.”
