Zachery Ty Bryan has pleaded guilty to his domestic violence case as part of a plan with prosecutors.
The 39-year-old actor was arrested last October in Oregon after a physical altercation with his girlfriend.
The Home Improvement star pleaded guilty to two felony counts of fourth-degree threats and assaults, according to a TMZ article Tuesday.

Two offenses of strangulation and coercion were dismissed along with several misdemeanor charges as part of the lawsuit.
Bryan, as part of the grievance agreement, will be released on bail for three years and will have to complete a domestic abuse intervention program within that period.
Bryan was arrested in October after an argument at his Eugene, Oregon apartment.
An arrest warrant accused Bryan of dragging his girlfriend out of bed by her hair, hitting her repeatedly and suffocating her after flying furiously at a missing cell phone charger.

Bryan was arrested just two weeks after separating from his wife for 14 years.

Bryan married his beloved Carly Matros in 2007 and they have six-year-old twins, Taylor and Gemma, a four-year-old daughter Jordana and a 23-month-old son, Pierce.

The victim of the October incident told police he had been in a relationship with Bryan for two years.
Bryan took to Instagram on October 1, 2020 to announce that he and Matros intended to separate.
He later withdrew the message announcing his separation after it was revealed he had copied the text verbatim from actor Armie Hammer’s message, when he separated from his wife last July.

Former couple: Bryan married his beloved teacher Carly Matros, who showed up together in April 2009 in Los Angeles, and they have four children together
