Apple doesn’t have its own meditation app, unless you account for some of the exercises from the Fitness + subscription service, which has a conscious recovery and yoga workouts. But you can keep track of the time you spend meditating on third-party apps like Calm or Headspace. If you install these apps, you’ll receive a request to save information to Apple Health, and once you do, you’ll be able to keep track of the time you meditate each day throughout the time inside the app.

You need an Apple Watch to keep track of your sleep, but your iPhone can keep track of your time in bed and save that information.

It’s not a big analysis of your sleep, but you can get an idea of your sleep patterns and if you grab your iPhone at night. You can activate it by selecting “options” from the “Complete planning and options” menu.

The iPhone also has a “disconnect” feature that automatically puts your iPhone in Do Not Disturb mode and will dim the screen. Once in this mode, you can set shortcuts on the lock screen to access meditation apps, a reading app like Kindle or Apple Books, and more. Review your health checklist

Apple also has a “health checklist” built into iOS 14, which came out in September 2020.

The health checklist will help you create a medical ID on your phone that you can show to yourself or others in first aid. He has vital information such as whether he is an organ donor or not, the type of blood he has, allergies and reactions, medications he takes, his height and weight and more. Enter this information yourself, so you don’t have to include any if you don’t want to.

The health checklist can also help you set up Emergency SOS, a feature on your iPhone that will automatically call emergency services if you tap the side button of your phone 5 times quickly. If you hold down the button, it will also send a message to any contact you add to Emergency SOS. I have my closest relatives settled in mine, for example.
