Nintendo has released Nintendo Switch janitor, a program designed to familiarize those who have “recently purchased a Nintendo Switch system” with the console.
Switch Concierge offers one-on-one video conferencing to Switch owners with a Nintendo representative. There are six half-hour sessions to choose from: Nintendo Switch 101, Games (Introduction), Games (What to Play Next), Security and Privacy, Nintendo Account, and Personalization. It all seems very 101, for example, the Games (Introduction) session supposedly covers the difference between buying a game in a cartridge or buying it via a “digital download”. (Not all downloads are digital?) The personalization session, meanwhile, will review the file @NintendoInspired Instagram feed.
A service for new Switch owners would not have been a year ago: last spring Animal Crossing: New Horizons calmed the inmates at home during the onset of the pandemic it was almost impossible to get a Switch. Now that most digital retailers have the Switch back in stock, presumably Switch Concierge is more viable. I’m looking forward to learning about the video games available for Nintendo Switch and why they are all written Hades.
