Two Connecticut restaurant workers were found dead in the supply closet

Two Connecticut restaurant workers were found dead in the building’s supply closet, according to a report.

A third worker was hospitalized around noon Monday after all three suffered apparent drug overdoses in the New Haven building, police told WTNH.

Two of them, aged fifty, were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third man in distress outside the storage room was taken to hospital.

The owner of Jack’s, a restaurant in the building, confirmed to the press that one of the men who died was working in the restaurant, while the other was an ex-worker.

The hospital man is also Jack’s current employee, according to the report.

The owner said he believes the trio burst into the room while the restaurant was closed.

Police do not suspect bad gambling, but are investigating whether a batch of bad drugs is circulating in the city, the report said.
