Online personality Cleo ‘cle0h’ Hernandez released a nine-page statement Tuesday evening detailing allegations of sexual assault and domestic abuse against her ex-boyfriend Jay “sinatraa” Won, who is currently a gambler of VALORANT pro dels Sentinels.

cle0h and sinatraa had previously dated for a period of nine months before ending their relationship in mid-2020. She has been silent especially about her relationship with the professional sports player since they separated, but decided to break this silence and present their story on Tuesday.

“What I want to talk about is the sexual abuse that prevailed for most of our relationship,” cle0h said in the introductory section of his statement. “I’ve never wanted to talk about it and I still have extreme trauma related to this issue, but I’m incredibly tired of keeping this a secret from him.”

In the document – which is extremely graphic, so readers should be warned before continuing to read – He alleges that:

  • sinatraa refused to wear a condom and ended up inside her without her consent the first time they had sex
  • On several occasions, sinatraa continued to have sex with her, although he said no and told her that he was in pain.
  • Sinatraa manipulated her emotionally consistently to have sex when she didn’t want to
  • sinatraa constantly manipulated her threatening to break up with her

As proof of his allegations of sexual assault, he provided an audio recording from a consensually recorded video, in which you can clearly hear him say “no,” while sinatraa refuses to stop. . According to cle0h, this was not an isolated event, but happened regularly throughout their relationship.

cle0h also presented several screenshots of text conversations with sinatraa to support his claims about his emotionally abusive behavior.

You can read cle0h’s full statement to find the specific details and evidence of each allegation.

Towards the end of his statement, cle0h explained the impact of sinatraa’s actions on his mental health and well-being, saying: “It may be a year later, but I am still dealing with the damage I was doing each time day. I had to give up interests and loves in an attempt not to see her face or hear her voice. I have called the phone lines of sexual assault survivors countless times. It was spoken in anonymous groups for assaulted women. I spent more than a year of my life in therapy trying to heal myself and get back what I got out of it. “

“You always say there is no evidence, so you can’t believe a woman is accusing someone and I ask you to realize that I have this particular‘ evidence ’that you are looking for and that you believe me and hear me,” he implored. “This is the worst thing I’ve ever done and I wouldn’t risk thousands of people being persecuted for lying. It’s too established for me, saying it hurt me to do real damage, I know. I don’t want to make him feel close to the way he made me feel. I just don’t want to keep that secret from him any longer. ”

At the time of writing, neither Sinatraa nor the Sentinels have issued a statement in response to the allegations. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
