Outriders had some bugs in the release, like most online games, however the worst was the one that simply cleared the player’s inventories, robbing them of hours of progress. A big patch was released over the weekend over the weekend to fix the game and … that bug is still there, but now players are costing a lot more to progress as they are later.

How Eurogamer report, some Reddit users of the game updated the game over the weekend and still had issues, and when I say issues, I mean it had 50-100 hours of progress and inventory removed in an instant.

“Everything is gone, 94 hours lost, almost complete construction lost, that’s a joke,” wrote one. “Nuc at login, the server cannot connect yada yada like everyone else.”

People Can Fly developers are aware of the ongoing problems, saying, “We are deeply aware and feel that some users continue to remove inventory. We are doing everything we can to solve this problem, both on the server and the game.”

This game should never have been so dependent on servers, and everything that happens to players right now is a consequence of that fundamental decision. It sucks! The only good news, if any, is that developers are working “on a restoration of all affected accounts.”
