Federico Guillermo Klein, a former assistant to State Department staff who was arrested Thursday for his role in the January 6 Capitol uprising, has reportedly complained that he will not be able to sleep in prison.
Klein appeared Friday in his first virtual court hearing before U.S. Judge Zia M. Faruqui in Washington, DC, where he was informed that prosecutors would try to put him in jail after next week’s hearing. , according to the Washington Post.
