“I’m very excited to hang out and get drunk for five hours in New York City,” Cohen said. “So, for me, it’s a very fun New Year’s plan. So I’m excited to stay with you and we’ll just turn this show around.”
This year’s show will feature some of the biggest stars of the year, including Leslie Jordan, Sarah Cooper, Desus and Mero and John Mayer.
The last three years have produced some memorable moments, which they reviewed during the interview. Probably most notable is that Cooper reacts unfavorably, at the very least, to the dams they have taken together. Cohen said the alcohol chosen this year is tequila.
And Cooper wouldn’t let Cohen leave the show without questioning him about his hair, which Cohen has grown this year.
“When friends, you know, care about each other, they, you know, feel like it’s okay for them to come up with something,” Cooper said. “So I just want to talk a little bit about your hair. Look, what about your hair, darling?”
Cohen responded by saying it’s “Covid’s year” and that a lot of people get their hair grown, but will cut it in January.
