MOSCOW, Sept. 11 (Reuters) – A plane flying from the Turkish town of Antalya to Vladivostok in Russia’s far east landed as an emergency landing on Saturday in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. an airport source told Reuters.
Azur Air flight ZF268, a Boeing (BA.N) 767 aircraft, requested an emergency landing while it was on Krasnoyarsk after having problems with hydraulics, Russian news agency Interfax reported.
No one was reported injured.
Azur Air, a former Russian regional airline that now operates charter flights, could not be contacted immediately for comment.
Krasnoyarsk International Airport did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
On Friday, another Azur Air flight departing Antalya on its trip to the Russian city of Belgorod, about 580 km south of Moscow, began an emergency descent following a pressure alert on the cabin, according to the Aviation Herald.
That plane, a Boeing 757, returned safely to Antalya and a replacement Boeing 767 flew to Belgorod after a delay, according to the report and flight tracking website Flightradar24.
