Britney Spears sends a “powerful” message by deleting her Instagram amid her 13-year-old conservative, a source told Page Six exclusively on Tuesday.
“She is happy and in a fantastic place,” the source said, adding that “and silence can be a powerful thing and a powerful message.”
The informant stated, “That was his decision.”
The source also shared that the 39-year-old pop star “Overprotected” has been moving away from social media for some time “in light of the success she has been and continues to be. [following] the news of [her engagement]”.
Spears’ lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, separately confirmed that it was his client’s choice to take a break on social media.
Spears and her longtime boyfriend, Sam Asghari, got engaged on Sunday after five years as a couple.
In one of his latest posts on Instagram, Spears said the proposal “is worth the wait.”
Our internal member also noted that major celebrities take breaks on social media “all the time,” and that shouldn’t be considered a negative thing for Spears.
Aside from her engagement, another major victory the “Toxic” singer has seen recently is her father, Jamie Spears, who eventually took steps to end her conservative.
Britney shared in court hearings over the summer that she considered her conservatives to be “abusive” and that they controlled many aspects of her life.
The “Lucky” singer’s social media has aroused a lot of concern from her resilient fans, who speculated whether Britney was sending secret cries for help to her posts.
Cassie Petrey, Britney’s social media manager, previously argued that the pop star is the brains behind all of her posts.
“Britney creates her own posts and writes her own subtitles for Instagram,” Petrey wrote on her own Instagram earlier this year. “She finds Google images, Pinterest images, dating, memes and everything else. No one suggests any of these things to him. She usually edits the videos herself. “
