Catherine posted a photo of Gemma alongside a moving photo of a light bearing the caption: “Gemma 1983-2021” followed by a heart emoji.

The actress revealed that Gemma would take her “final resting place” on Thursday as she encouraged her fans to “leave a light on” in her memory.
Catherine wrote, “On February 13 my beautiful cousin Gemma left us in this world. She was a ‘jewel’ to all of us and an extraordinary mother to her five children.
“Tomorrow she will take her last resting place. Join my family and me and leave a light on for Gemma tonight.
Catherine’s 3.6 million followers quickly sent their love and condolences to the star for her loss.
