Eduardo Yáñez confirmed that he will no longer be part of the cast of If they leave us, Remake of the hit soap opera Woman’s gaze and that will be starring Mayrín Villanueva. The actor clarified that his departure from melodrama is due to health problems facing after undergoing a kidney surgery a few weeks ago.
Through your Instagram account, Eduardo Yáñez, 60, shared a video in which he denies the controversial rumors that emerged about his departure from the soap opera, produced by Televisa. He noted that next week he will undergo new surgery.
“Yes he left the soap opera ‘If they leave us’ for health reasons, I wanted to clarify this because I know that there are many media that are promptly engaged in releasing their own versions and so nothing is true until I say it from the my own mouth, ”Eduardo Yáñez said.

Later, the actor revealed details of his state of health. He reported that after undergoing surgery for a kidney, he presented with problems due to a catheter that left him for a long time.
“A couple of weeks ago, before the rehearsals started, I had to have kidney stones and a catheter was left in there, which I had to endure for seven months of recording, but the truth is that I couldn’t, the pains are very strong, the discomfort is very big and I think I was going to leave this novel in the middle, “he said.
Eduardo Yáñez pointed out that he preferred not to be bad with production and to recover one hundred percent; thank Televisa for offering the protagonist.
“I prefer to be professional and warn that I don’t feel ready, in terms of health. The week I go into surgery so that this is resolved and hoping that he is soon recovered and healthy to be able to do the next job that may arise,” he said.
