Exercise during ‘monstration’ | the Trade

I hate her and with all the strength of my heart. For a long time I tried to celebrate his arrival as if it were a real event. I was trying to get as spiritual as some women on different social networks and here write: life-energies flowing-mutant.

I feel like only one thing is flowing and that — precisely — is what puts me off bad mood. It has nothing to do with my feelings, I don’t cry or rebuke; it is related to lack of comfort and presence of pain. Over the years it feels like you’re being punctured in the spinal cord; and not one, there are several punctures.

Despite this I try to make my life normal. All bodies are different, I know !, but I explain to them that there are women who even work hard during ‘these days’.

It is my case – during physical activation – my body and mind relax to the point of completely forgetting that it hurts me here or there. That’s why I always prefer to get out of bed, dress in super comfortable clothes and get active. Then the pain will come. The difference is that after the exercise we are at our best and everything becomes much more bearable.

During these five years of experimenting with different training systems I have found that my body also tolerates exercise on the static bycicle or he athletics. Nothing hurts.

the yoga -for example- it doesn’t work for me, but I understand that many women manage to relax and somehow fight the colic. These same benefits are achieved with the pilates or with moderate walks.

For this reason I was encouraged to write about this topic, around which many myths are woven. One of the most promoted says we need to rest and pass with warm water pads. As I said before, all bodies are different and myths play out in depth. So, girls, I invite you to explore new training systems to keep us active even in ‘these days’, as it is proven that the practice of exercise contributes to the production of endorphins, The so – called hormones of the happiness. These generate a feeling of welfare.

How many of you – after exercising – are in the mirror and say What a regio or regga I see! Everyone and I also get on this list (laughs). With this positive thinking governing us we are unstoppable, just what we need right now. During the onset of the emergency we had time to rest, to relax, to cry. It is time to seize every moment to strengthen ours immune system.

So if we are in ‘these days’ we shake ourselves and make the effort to move. The reward will be great. Of course, take all measures to prevent accidents. Now, fortunately, there are several alternatives on the market that allow us to feel safe and comfortable. Another reason to encourage us to train during the period is that many of us continue with the telework. We can fix any unforeseen in a couple of minutes.

PS: Exercise also improves our circulation.

How are you doing with activations these days?
