High viral load, new symptoms, here is the difference of the second wave from the first

Newer, mutant strains of COVID, including the Brazilian and Kent variants, are said to be much stronger and generate the ability to cause more symptoms and attack vital organs more deeply. According to current research that has emerged from hospitals across India, people who test positive for the virus now also report different viral symptoms, unlike the classic signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

According to Gujarat doctors, patients now show unusual symptoms of the virus, including abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and even a cold. The absence of typical symptoms, such as fever and cough, causes doctors to warn patients to take the test even if they show no classic signs.

Other symptoms that are increasingly seen in patients with COVID + include joint pain, myalgia, gastrointestinal complications, weakness, and loss of appetite.

Interestingly, during the second and third wave of infections affecting the UK and other European countries in recent months, unusual signs and detection of vague symptoms were also highlighted, apart from a COVID fever or cough.
