Donald Glover, 37, and Malia Obama, 22, join a new Amazon Prime project. Sources say “Hive” will focus around a Beyoncé-like character.

According to reports, Malia Obama signed on to write for an upcoming streaming series directed by Donald Glover, who has just signed an eight-figure production deal with Amazon Prime.
Glover’s new pact with the broadcast platform will cause the Emmy and Grammy Award winner to produce several as yet undeveloped television projects, such as a potential new series called “Hive”. She played writer Janine Nabers (“Watchmen”) to help lead the team that includes the former first daughter of the United States, the Hollywood Reporter first reported.
Although the plot is tightly wrapped up, sources have revealed that “Hive” will focus around a Beyoncé-like character.
Malia, 22, is a student in the Harvard University class in 2021, and this would be her first professional entertainment concert after several A-list practices, including a stage on HBO’s “Girls” set. in 2015.
