Louise Linton, the wife of former Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, will star as a psychotic hedge fund manager and serial killer in a new film she also wrote and directed.
“Me You Madness” tells the delightfully perverse story about a beautiful ambitious, ruthless, intelligent and successful businesswoman, ”it is said in an official synopsis of the film.
Catherine Black, played by Linton, 40, “lives a luxurious life with an architectural dream home in Malibu, exclusive design fashions, fast cars and exquisite jewelry. He doesn’t need any man, unless he literally satisfies his natural serial killer instinct. ”
His evil plans, however, derail after he falls on one of his intended victims, played by Ed Westwick.
A trailer for the film posted on YouTube includes many photos of Linton brandishing a knife.
Linton, an actress originally from Scotland, has become a minor star of American thrillers, with roles in “Cabin Fever” and “Intruder.”
Before her husband became a member of the U.S. Cabinet, she worked in finance and Hollywood and is remembered for being the executive producer of the prickly “Suicide Squad” of the prickly Joker.
Linton herself became a celebrity during the time of her husband in charge, the star of funny memes.
