LOS ANGELES (AP) – Paris Hilton received a special gift for her 40th birthday: an engagement.
Hilton announced his engagement to businessman Carter Reum in his post on social media on Wednesday, the same day as his birthday. She said on her website that the proposal was all he had “dreamed of.”
Hilton said she and Reum took a walk before dinner on the beach before kneeling in a flowered hut. He said the proposal was followed by a celebration with family and close friends.
“There is no one you would rather spend time with forever,” he said in the message.
Hilton shared a series of photos with her dressed in a white dress and crown, while Reum, 40, wore a completely white dress.
The couple has been dating since 2019.
