The congressman went on to write that Biden has failed in his duties as commander-in-chief.
“As Commander-in-Chief, Biden is directly responsible for commanding our brave troops with consistent, strategic intelligence and a solid operation that keeps our armed services, citizens, and allied partners safe,” Donalds wrote.
“It has failed on all fronts,” he added.
Immediately call on the leader of the free world to resign, but this must go through restoring American security both at home and abroad, our honor and faith in the chief executive to faithfully perform the functions of the Presidency.

Donalds is one of several Republican lawmakers who have criticized Biden for his handling of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan after the Taliban took control of Kabul last weekend, triggering chaos and causing a rapid deterioration of the security situation in the country.
