Taylor Swift overflows with fan theories about a third surprise album

Taylor Swift has already given us two surprise albums this year, “Folklore” and “Evermore”, and there were fan theories that a third would come, titled “Woodvale”.

He then addressed the people who saw the word “Woodvale” on the cover of his album “Folklore” and thought it meant a third album.

But he told Kimmel that the whole “Woodvale” topic “requires a bit of explanation.”

“I tend to be a little annoyed and secretive about dropping tracks and tips and Easter eggs and it’s very annoying, but it’s fun for fans and it’s fun for me because they like to pick things up,” he explained. “And they’ll notice a lot of things in music videos or photos or whatever, and sometimes I take it too far and make a mistake.”

According to Swift, while doing “Folklore,” I was “too scared to reveal even the title of the album to even my closest teammates and managers.”

“I didn’t tell anyone the title of the album until just before it came out,” he said. “And so I came up with a fake code name that had the same amount of letters as ‘Folklore.'”

So he chose “Woodvale” and made a mock-up of the cover to see what it would look like. The only problem is that once he decided he really didn’t want to have any titles on the album cover, he says they forgot to get the code name.

Kimmel doubted the singer and her team could have made that mistake and asked Swift if she was telling the truth, which she insisted she was.

That’s why the code name for the album “Evermore”, “November”, did not end on any cover.

“We remembered removing all the demos from the album cover this time,” Swift said. “We learned our lesson.”
