“The industrial complex of the video game and children’s television program” can have “He shit his own ass once again and made 2020 the year of the Current Whore,” but the last twelve months of pandemic frustration have managed to inspire poet on the Internet @dril to enter the “Scene of independent games” with his own creation.

Billed as “The next great game classic”, for “only real and brave players” drill announcement Patreon describes the current untitled game (and perhaps forever) as “a full-fledged 2D action / adventure game that I think will be pretty good.” dril notes that “the crown virus pandemic has fucked us all up,” which, for its purposes, means it has been “locked in and / or unemployed” long enough to start make a play about “the search for a silent protagonist who stumbles upon the gift of immortality in a dangerous future where Top Influencers and corrupt Hollywood boys maintain cruel control of society.”

A short video of the action game shows your main character, a policeman with sunglasses, jumping avoiding enemies. dril notes that he “has done all the artwork and programming” on his own and would be interested when hiring extra help if you can “lift enough” TOO “here”. “Amazing details about the game’s content” are promised as work continues, but for now, we can look at Dril’s previous video game tweets to better understand the media author’s view.

If you want to introduce yourself to his Patreon, Dril says, “Any support is appreciated, and if you think I should go fuck me it’s fine too.”
