If you want to export your Facebook posts for any reason (I’ll let you decide why), you can leave these and your notes in a Google, Blogger or WordPress document.
Personally, I have no need to keep all the silly things I’ve said on Facebook for the last 16 years, but I’ll show you how to export your Facebook life to Google Docs. From here, you can do whatever you want with your memories. (I recommend downloading your digital life to a folder on your PC where you save all other important, regular backup data, and then don’t look at it again.)
To get started, pull out your Facebook and visit it your configuration pageand then go to Your Facebook information section. There, you’ll want to click “View” next to the new one “Transfer a copy of your information” line. Notice the phrase that says: You are not moving or suppressing old posts, simply copying them elsewhere. To remove them completely, you will need to manually pass them and remove them (already!), Or delete the entire Facebook account.
On the next screen, select Publications (or Notes). You can’t choose which Facebook posts or notes you want to transfer; everything you’ve created on your Facebook profile will be copied (though not posts you’ve made in groups or other pages). Also note that this will only be copied Yours posts, not friends posts on your Facebook page: big difference.

Choose your destination (Google Docs or WordPress / Jetpack) and click Next. As always, you will need to authenticate to the service and grant various permissions to Facebook:
And once that is done, your application will join the queue. Yes, this is not an instant transfer, but my transfer request is currently being processed and I assume I will receive an email and / or Facebook notification when it is OK.
Crossed fingers I don’t suddenly have 10,000 new documents in my Google Drive to handle. While you wait, you can also go back and repeat the process for your Facebook notes. If you feel ambitious, you can even get started copying your photos to another service, too.
